The world’s biggest fitness race is coming back to Stuttgart in southern Germany!
After last season’s huge success, we are thrilled to be back in the capital of Baden-Württemberg for another HYROX event. And we are coming back bigger than ever: We are celebrating THREE days of fitness racing in Stuttgart!
Join us for a sporting long weekend in the spirit of HYROX: Performance, Community & Fun!
If tickets for your preferred division are sold out, please join the waiting list to be notified if more tickets become available.
For the 2025/26 HYROX season, we’ve introduced the Flex Add-On to give athletes more flexibility and peace of mind in case of unexpected changes. It allows you to request a refund or make certain changes to your ticket up to 1 day before the race.
If you’re confident you’ll attend and want a more cost-effective option, you can choose a ticket without the Flex Add-On.
Here’s what you need to know when purchasing with or without the Flex Add-On:
Singles Division Ticket + Flex Add-On
- Full Refund*: Available up to 7 days before the event.
- 50% Refund*: Available up to 1 day before the event.
- Name Changes: Not available.
Doubles/Relay Division Ticket + Flex Add-On
- Full Refund*: Available up to 7 days before the event.
- 50% Refund*: Available up to 1 day before the event.
- 1 Name Change: Allowed up to 1 day before the event via your HYROX Account.
Singles/Doubles/Relay Division Ticket + No Flex
- No Flexibility: This option does not allow any changes after purchase. This includes no ticket modifications, name changes, or refunds.
*All refunds exclude the Flex Fee and Service Fee and must be requested via your HYROX Account. If you don’t have a HYROX account, please create one using the email address you used to purchase your ticket. You can also manage your ticket via the confirmation page, which you can find through your ticket confirmation email (subject: Order successful – Next step: Activate ticket(s))
Important: For the 2025/26 season, we will no longer offer transfers to other events or division changes. Please ensure you select your ticket carefully, as changes to ticket types cannot be made once your booking is confirmed. Additionally, the Flex Add-On cannot be added after the initial purchase.
Point of Personalisation
You will be required to personalise your ticket during the booking process. Before completing your purchase, please provide the following information for each Athlete Ticket:

Please ensure all athlete details are entered correctly during checkout (especially for doubles and relays). If incorrect information is entered, no changes can be made online or on-site unless the Flex Add-On was purchased. With the Flex Add-On, only one change is allowed (only for doubles or relays).

Important Information:
- You must bring ID and Ticket QR-Code
- Checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.
- During race weekend, it is only possible to check in on the day you are competing.
Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed.

*Please note that we cannot allocate entries for events or divisions that are already sold out. To receive a free start code, you must have completed a full shift. The shop voucher will be worth €10 per hour worked.
Our Official Photography Partner, Sportograf, uses facial recognition to find your race photos. About 48 hours after your race, you can view all your pictures on sportograf.com. Just upload a selfie to see every photo captured of you during the event!
Did you pre-purchase your Sportograf package?
- Go to sportograf.com/en and search for the respective HYROX event.
- Enter the email address you used for race entry and click “Send Validation Link.”
- Check your inbox for the email titled “Validation successful – Search for your images now” and click “Validate and Search.”
- Upload a selfie.
- Select “Buy Foto-Flat.”
- Enter your Sportograf Ticket ID (below the barcode on your ticket) at checkout to bring the total to £0.

Don’t panic, Sportograf captures everyone during the race, simply upload a selfie after your race and purchase your photos directly from the website.
